At CLOTHYCORP, we are committed to delivering your favorite styles quickly, safely, and efficiently — right to your doorstep. We take great pride in ensuring that every order is handled with care and reaches you in perfect condition.

Please take a few moments to read our comprehensive shipping policy, which explains our order processing times, delivery options, and other important details related to shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team immediately begins processing it.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods such as festivals, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier companies across India to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Metro Cities: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rural Areas: Delivery may take 5–8 business days, depending on local courier availability.
  • Remote / Out-of-Delivery Locations: Delivery times may vary based on the courier partner’s serviceability.

We make every effort to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier disruptions are beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist you promptly.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹85 (excluding GST) will be charged on orders below ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal ₹50 convenience fee applies to all COD orders.

These fees cover safe packaging, handling, and reliable logistics support.


4. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through our logistics partners.
If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will reach out to provide an alternate solution or refund your order.

We are also working to expand our services to international customers soon. Once international shipping is available, details will be updated on this page.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • An email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
  • You can track your order in real-time by clicking on the tracking link provided or by visiting our “Track Order” page on the CLOTHYCORP website.

If you face any issues with tracking or delays, you can contact our customer care team for assistance.


6. Order Packaging & Safety

Every CLOTHYCORP product is packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

  • We use secure, tamper-proof, and eco-friendly packaging materials.
  • Orders are sealed properly and double-checked before dispatch.
  • For multiple items in one order, products may be shipped together or separately depending on availability and warehouse location.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strictly follow all hygiene standards during packaging and dispatch.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times at the shipping address provided.

  • If you are unavailable during the first attempt, they will reattempt the next business day.
  • If both attempts fail, the order will be marked as “Return to Origin (RTO)”, and you may need to bear re-shipping charges if you wish to have it resent.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete address, landmark, and active contact number during checkout.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
The courier will hand over the parcel only after full payment is made.

Repeated COD rejections or fake orders may lead to restrictions on your account or future COD eligibility.


Damaged or Missing Items

At CLOTHYCORP, we take every possible step to ensure your orders are delivered safely and securely. However, in rare cases where a product arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, we’ve got you covered — just follow the steps below carefully.

1.     Inspect Before Accepting:
When your order is delivered, please inspect the package before accepting it.

o   If the parcel looks damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it from the delivery agent.

o   Inform the courier immediately and contact our support team for assistance.
