Return & Exchange Policy — CLOTHYCORP
At CLOTHYCORP, we value your trust and satisfaction above all else. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience every time you choose us. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things may not go as planned. Whether it's a size issue, a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product delivered, we are committed to making things right for you.
This Return & Exchange Policy outlines all the details you need to know about how returns, replacements, and exchanges work at CLOTHYCORP. Please read this carefully before making a request.
1. Return Period
We have a 7-day return window. This means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request. After 7 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any requests for returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure fairness and hygiene standards for all our customers, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:
- The product must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact. Items missing tags or returned in poor condition will not be accepted.
- You must provide a valid invoice, order number, or proof of purchase to verify your order.
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Please ensure the item is properly packed before shipping it back to us to avoid any transit damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. These include (but are not limited to):
- Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
- Accessories, masks, or hygiene-related items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased under final clearance or “non-returnable” sales
We strongly recommend checking product details carefully before placing your order.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product (subject to availability).
For every exchange request, a ₹85 (excluding GST) delivery and handling fee will apply to cover logistics and service charges.
If the same product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund (only in eligible cases).
Note: Exchanges are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
